We have been working furiously for almost two years completely rebuilding SMTP Express from the ground up. It is a first class MTA with powerful performance, features and functionality not found even in other high performance SMTP servers. As a company I think we have finally found and even sharper focus. Working on this radical new release has been both challenging and enjoyable. Over the next few months we will be releasing version 4.0 and I have created this blog as an open forum for discussing not only SMTP Express but all issues relating to high performance bulk email processing.

So in that spirit I welcome all your comments feedback and suggestions so that together we can build an SMTP MTA with the agility to incorporate stable new features almost on the fly. Due to the nature of the ever changing email landscape, it is and will always be a work in progress…
