      Finding Your Support PIN

      A support PIN is a 4-digit number that is generated by our system. It's used to ensure account security when contacting our Support team. 

      Finding Your Support Pin

      1. Click your name in the upper right hand corner.
      2. Select "Support Pin."
      3. Scroll down to "User Security."
      4. Click  "View your Temporary Pin."

      Support Pin Validity Timeframe

      Your Support PIN is valid for 72 hours. If your PIN expires, generate a new one through the steps above.

      How to Use your PIN

      You will need to provide the PIN to the support team so they can access your account.
