Getting Help When you Need It!

If you encounter any issues and need help, locate the “Help and Support” box on the right side of your control panel. This will take you to the SocketLabs Help Center.

In the Help Center you will find a searchable database of common email topics, our customer FAQ, and our email term library. If you can’t find what you are looking for and need assistance from a SocketLabs Email Delivery Specialist, simply create a ticket. (The ticketing process is described below.)

Submitting a Ticket and Contacting Us

If you are unable to address your questions using our Help Center (described above), you will likely want to create a ticket with our team of email experts!

To submit a ticket, you will need to find the “Help and Support” box on the far right side of your dashboard, click on the “Support Center” button, and then click on the “Contact Us” link at the top right corner of the Help Center page. Or you may simply follow the contact us link here!
